I have over 15 years of experience designing instruction that is innovative, engaging, and results-oriented with a focus in eLearning development and instructor-led training for adult learners. With an eye on what learners can do, I create curriculum using backwards design across delivery modes. I hold a doctorate in Second Language Acquisition with a specialization in program direction and I am currently completing a certificate in e-learning for instructional design.
